About me
I have been working at nexnet since 2002. As a graduate engineer, I initially worked as an IT manager and authorized signatory. And also took on various tasks as head of customer and project management at the parent company net group Beteiligungen.
In February 2012, I became managing director at nexnet GmbH.
As a long-time industry expert in BPO and Subscription Billing, I help clients overcome challenges and deliver projects reliably and quickly.
With my nexnet team of about 120 people, we implement the goals of our numerous customers in a future-oriented and market-driven manner. Close cooperation between the various departments is a decisive factor in ensuring the success of customer projects.

About me
I started working for nexnet as an authorized signatory in March 2007. In the meantime, I am Head of Sales, Key Account & Marketing. And as a member of the Executive Board, I take on further responsible tasks.
My experience as a management consultant enables me to empathize with the problems and processes of different customers and to find the optimal solution for the differentiated challenges of our customers.
The members of my team come from the areas of sales, key accounts and marketing. Although the career fields are so different, they all have common goals, namely to win new customers for nexnet and to provide optimum support for existing customers.
This is achieved through close cooperation within our team, but also with colleagues from other nexnet departments.

About me
I have been part of nexnet since 2003 and, as team leader of the Operations department, I am responsible for a team of five.
The focus of our work lies in the control, monitoring and configuration of all operational processes. And we do the billing runs for our many clients*.
In addition, the implementation of various interfaces for data exchange with our customers is just as much a part of our work as the creation of operating manuals.
Close collaboration with the QM department allows us to test new implementations and further develop existing programs.

About me
I have been working for nexnet for 15 years and have been the team leader for Business Process Architects (BPA) since 2019.
My team consists of 6 employees who take care of the onboarding of our customers. In addition, the further development of our customer projects is also part of our area of responsibility.
The colleagues in my team form an important position as project managers. As central contact persons, they are in constant contact with our customers and colleagues from other nexnet departments in order to effectively advance customer projects.
Together with our customers, developers and testers, we successfully implement the numerous topics.

About me
I have been working for nexnet since January 2002 and am the team leader for the Accounts Receivable department.
My team includes 13 employees who are well versed in complex accounting transactions. In addition, two trainees who learn everything about this exciting professional field from us.
In the AR department, we deal with bank and clearing batch processing, dunning and collection processes, posting incoming and outgoing invoices, and financial clearing. Furthermore, the monitoring of operational processes plays a decisive role in the smooth running of all customer projects. We also process the information related to bank connection, payment transactions and month-end closing.
In close cooperation with quality management, we support them in tests and prepare audits.

About me
I started working for nexnet in 2003 as a student trainee and today I am the head of the IT development department.
My team consists of 24 developers specialized in Angular, Java, Oracle or SAP. We take care of IT development processes and IT architecture & strategy.
Together, we help to ensure that the technical integration and connection of our customers runs smoothly. We also take care of the design, customization and implementation of business processes. Thus, they are perfectly adapted to the needs of our different customers. The team also handles reporting and reporting.
In addition, we always work closely with other departments to successfully implement the many projects at nexnet.

About me
In January 2011, I became part of the nexnet team. I have been a team leader for the Quality Management department for several years.
My team is strengthened by five employees. Furthermore, we supervise four working students who can complete their training as business economists or computer scientists at nexnet.
The department focuses on quality management and quality assurance. Our work includes measures such as planning, control and optimization of processes. In this way, we can implement and ensure the high quality of nexnet's services to our customers to everyone's satisfaction.
In cooperation with the other departments of nexnet, we also ensure a high quality standard within the company's work processes.

About me
My work for nexnet began in December 2012. Now I am a team leader for the Business Innovation department and play a key role in developing new products and ideas for nexnet.
Two other colleagues are part of my team. And together we create new innovations for nexnet, which we implement in close cooperation with other departments. We also advise our colleagues on the creation of solutions for nexnet's customers.
The constant further development of nexnet is the top priority for our team. To ensure this, we focus on identifying, promoting and developing innovations within the company. In this way, we achieve our objective, namely the future-oriented, market-driven and customer-focused further development of the nexnet portfolio.
Another important area of the Business Innovation department is the further development of nexnet.cloud. A SaaS solution for services provided by nexnet.

About me
In September 2018, I became part of the nexnet team. I am now the team leader for Customer Care and Service Desk.
My department is made up of two teams at once. The Customer Care department is staffed by 11 colleagues who are supported by three external employees. In addition, three other colleagues are responsible for the service desk.
Together, we ensure that both our customers and their end customers are completely satisfied.
My well-trained colleagues are particularly well versed in fiber optic customer care. And they can handle billing inquiries and contract issues to everyone's satisfaction, in addition to providing 1st level technical advice and troubleshooting.
We also form an important interface to our customers, whose inquiries are received by our service desk and then quickly and reliably forwarded to the responsible colleagues from other departments. This ensures that nexnet's operations run smoothly.

About me
In January 2002 I became part of the nexnet team. I have been working for IT for over 20 years and have been the team leader of the IT Services/IT Infrastructure department for a couple of years.
In the meantime, 12 colleagues in my team work around the clock to ensure that nexnet's processes and workflows run smoothly. We also supervise three trainees who are being trained as IT specialists for system integration.
Important tasks of the IT Services/IT Infrastructure department include the design, construction and operation of all back-end systems. We also operate our own data centers in Germany. Through which all customer projects run safely and reliably.
Another important area of the department is IT security. We place particularly high value on information security and data protection, as we deal with numerous sensitive customer data on a daily basis.
In addition, we ensure the smooth workflow of all nexnet employees by fixing hardware and operating system errors as quickly as possible and by always being available via user support.

About me
I have been working for nexnet as a lawyer (in-house lawyer) since January 2019 and head the Legal & Regulatory department.
My responsibilities include contracting, negotiation and legal monitoring, primarily in the areas of contract, corporate and IT law.
I advise and support colleagues in all departments on legal issues and am in dialog with our customers to develop solid and fair contractual bases together with them.
nexnet attaches great importance to data protection and data security, so this area is particularly important to me and I work a lot with my colleagues from IT Services to achieve this.
