Cell phone insurance simply billed

How quickly it happens: The new smartphone is dropped, stolen or suffers liquid damage. Thanks to Telefonica Insurance cell phone insurance, all O2 customers can protect their smartphone and tablet against external damage.

Policyholder premiums are collected within Subscription Management via SEPA direct debit or cell phone bill. nexnet takes over the accounts receivable management and the monitoring of all payments. In addition, in the event of a claim, the process of replacing the cell phone and, if necessary, direct debit collection, or the transfer of the deductible, should be organized and also monitored.

Unsuccessfully collected premiums or deductibles are transferred by nexnet to the commercial dunning procedure in an automated process. After unsuccessful commercial reminder, the outstanding receivables are transferred to Telefónica’s collection partner.

nexnet maintains the sub-ledger and delivers a monthly financial statement to Telefónica Insurance. Likewise, nexnet provides 2nd level support to clarify billing, dunning and claims inquiries.
