Error handling

Clear procedure in the event of malfunctions

Should any malfunctions occur in the operating process, they are analyzed in detail according to a strict error process and rectified as quickly as possible. In terms of the continuous improvement process, documentation, including all measures for future error prevention, is carried out in a ticket system by nexnet. The implementation of the defined measures is monitored in accordance with nexnet’s quality concept.
